The quality of the vest in the same style is poor

I bought a dragon fly vest along with the jacket and pants. The quality of vest is really poor. After one class of my daughter wearing the vest, the cotton is all out. I seriously feel disappointed with the vest given it is at a luxury price. I would like to have it refunded.
