UGOSKATE Return Policy


Effective from January 1, 2023


At UGOSKATE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We offer a return and exchange policy, with the exception of SALE items. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your eligibility and the procedures to follow.


Eligibility for Returns:


Returns and Exchanges: You are eligible for returns and exchanges on all items, except for SALE items. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Timeframe: You have a total of 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Products must be returned within this 14-day period to be eligible.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please ensure your return is sent via a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Conditions:

  • Unused Condition: Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Original Packaging: All returned items must be supplied with their original, undamaged packaging. Please exercise caution when opening packages and leave any labels attached.
  • Hygiene Considerations: For hygiene reasons, leotards can only be returned if they are in accordance with your legal rights or if the packaging is unopened and any seals remain intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Enclose a copy of your purchase invoice with your return. If you no longer have the purchase invoice number, we can locate your record using an approximate purchase date and your address at the time of purchase.

Extended Refund Period for Christmas Purchases:


Products purchased between November 21st and December 24th benefit from an extended refund period. You can return these items up until January 24th of the following year.


Faulty Product Returns:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing or quality defect, please follow these steps:

  • Return the faulty item well packaged, including a covering note that details the issue with the item, your name, address, and purchase invoice number.
  • If you no longer have the purchase invoice number, we can identify your purchase record using an approximate date of purchase and your address at the time of purchase.
  • We will assess all reported faults promptly. If we are unable to reach a definitive conclusion about the issue, we may return the item to the manufacturer for a detailed inspection.
  • You will be kept informed throughout this process, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of the issue.

Wholesale:

For wholesale customers, kindly note that all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns. As a wholesale-oriented business, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality products and a seamless purchasing experience. Prior to placing wholesale orders, we encourage customers to thoroughly review product details, specifications, and quantities to ensure that their purchase aligns with their specific needs and requirements.
