Frequently asked questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Allow time for order preparation followed by shipping. Preparation typically takes 2–5 business days; transit time depends on your destination and selected service. Check the delivery information shown at checkout.

Can I order for a specific event?

If you need your order for a competition, camp or another event, contact us before ordering. Share the items you need, your destination and the date. We can help assess the available options, but an estimated delivery date is not a guarantee.

How can I track my parcel?

If your selected shipping service includes tracking, use the tracking details provided for your shipment. Tracking availability and update frequency depend on the service.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Check the latest tracking information, if available. Customs checks, public holidays, weather and local delivery conditions can affect transit. Contact us with your order number if you need help.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel has already been dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible.

I am in the USA. What if I receive an import payment request?

Contact us with your order number and a copy of the request before making a payment. Import charges for US deliveries are already included in your shipping charge.
